Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir,
Our Grand Father having Land Zeerayithi and Gramakantam(Government) Land. Both are side by side. In 1941 they divided their land as 6 parts and Each member got Both Zerayithi & Gramakanatam Land. Registered Same Document for bothZerayithi & Gramakanatam lands.
When divided the land, they left some area for Common Road. This road area comes in Gramakantam land. After Divided that land in 1955 they sold some parts, even then also they left road area.
After that there is no transactions. and that area partially occupied by others.
Now they are totally grabbed our Road area. and telling there is no road area.
We are having documents for Gramakantam area , but it is occupied by others. Now how we can get our road area. Please suugest.

2) Gramakantam land whoever occupied will be issued patta.
3) What r u doing since then. Now it is difficult.
