Sir ham 5bhai hain. Meray Abu ne aj se 20 sal pehlay sb se bray bhai ko aaq kia tha phr wapis le liya tha mgr ab 3bhayon ko aaq kr dea ha. Abu ki age 70years ha. Un hon ne kayi bar simple paper pe agreement kia aur last agreement April main hua k property ko 8pars main divide kia jaye ga aur un main se 1 part meri 2 sisters ko aur 5 parts 5 brothers ko 1 part ammi aur 1 part Abu ko dia jaye ga. Aur jb tk property sale nahi hoti ham 25000 per month Abu ko dain gay. All this written with signature and thumb impression. Abu ne meray chotay bhai aur logon ki baton main aa kr 3bhayon ko aaq kr dea ha aur property sale krna chahtay hain. Ab hamain kia krna chahiye.

Law aur Shariah main aaq karne se koi faraq nahi parhta aur aap sub brothers and sister apne father k waris hain.
