Sir we have a joint property in the name of me and my husband
he wants to sale the property but instead he wants to buy commercial property in his own name if he does so then what is the remedy can i claim right in the property
as it is a joint property

Dear Madam,
If the property which your husband wishes to sell is jointly held, your signature too will be required to sell it. You should convince your husband that the commercial property he wishes to acquire in his own name should also be joint for the purpose of security. But don't be adamant, and hear what he has to say in this connection.
