Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi sir I m owning d land of 12cents n my parents and my brothers are staying in my house for past 20 years in same land which belongs to me all d documents r in my name . after my parents death I decided to sell that property which belongs to me but d problem is they r not getting out of that home n asking for share . I want u me to confirm that is there a rule to give my property share to my brother as per d law.

DEAR CLIENT..........

since the documents are in your name you need not give any share to any one

you can easily vaccate the property lawfully or sell the same as it is .......
