Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello sir / madam

My family is in a big trouble since 5 years ago after my grandmother death my uncle manipulate my grandfather and now since 10 days after my grandfather death he secretly transfer all our grandparents property to his wife

We all are very helpless no one came forward for helping us because my uncle is a lawer and he has a good knowledge of legal issues

Please tell me what should I do

First of all, try to find out if there is any Will. Then only can we think of some legal action. We can challenge the Will or file a partition suit.
