Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir,
Myself Manish(21), I need a legal advice from you sir. Mine is an poor family, Im an only son of my parents. My father is also only son of my grand parents, apart from one elder sister and two younger sisters.
My grand father is rich and all the property is earned by him alone. Is there any way that we can get some share in it ? As my grand father is refusing to give share to my father in his property.
How should I proceed now? Pls ans me sir.

Since the property is the self acquired property of your grandpa, you can not have any claim in his lifetime.He can dispose off his property in any manner he likes.
