Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello Sir, My mother expired in year 1986. We are total 2 brothers(including me) & 1 sister. There is a property on my mothers name.

My dad married another woman but she dont have kids.

My father want us to register that land on his name so that he can take mortgage loan. He is saying he will write a WILL and after his death, it will be for me, my brother n sister..

Question is

1) Can he change the WILL whenever he wants?

2) Can his second wife eligible for any share in that property?

yes WILL can be changed any time ...

yes his second wife will also have share in the property .... now since the property is in your deceased mother it belongs to you all and you have share in it ...
