Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
sir my mother has a house of 7 marlas in her name.she want her brothers not to get any share in this house after her life.and my father is not giving her the permission the transfer the house to the children.i want to ask if there is any other way to keep the property safe from my mamoos as they are so selfish and cruel.

i, if your mother is the soul owner of the property then, even after her death the property will be divided among children and her husband if he would be alive then.
ii, if your uncles (mamoo) is also a share holder in the property and in the title document then they can claim their share in your mothers life time.
iii, if the situation is like the one as i mentioned in point i, then for further satisfaction , your mother can make a will in favour of her children and her husband or whatever the case may be, and get it registered.
