sir mujhe kal mere uncle ne btaya ki humare puri (big family) ki zameen nikli thi 20 saal phele(at some place ) pr jispe uska kabza tha usne use apne naam pakka register kra dia. us samay kisi ne kuch nhi kha. ab kya kuch ho sakta hai?

what documents do you have in support of your claim?? Without an allotment letter it would be difficult to initiate any proceedings. at least something should establish your ownership on the property.
