Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir, my neighbours have agreed to provide access to my property which do not have access. but registrar objects stating that she cannot register an agreement with a consideration. she is ready to register the agreement without showing any amount. so if i get into an agreement on a Rs.100/- stamp paper without registering it does it have any legal vailidty before a court of law? if yes how long? kindly advise

Dear Sir / Madam,
Any Agreement is considered legally valid without a time limit thereto, as long as it is not refuted or challenged in the Court of Law.
