Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir, our partion cases is going on. but it is very expensive and we have not able to manage expenses. because some of the dependants not recieving the summon court again and again order to serve correct address. one defendant is out of country. we hv no address other one defendant hide and purpouse fully not recved . lawers also sucking our money. in this situation we hv totaly fed up. how to get justice is it expensive or any posible to get free legel help for conduct this case.

You should personally attend Court hearing and plead to the Judge(s) to close the matter for hearing the case and for ex party judgement to be passed without any further delay.
