Sir ,My name is pratap singh & I purchased a flat with still car parking but society not transfer my paper because society says give the dead off rectifition you purchase only flat your parking is free. Please help me because I am a handicap person

Dear Pratap,

If the fact of the parking space being allotted to you by the Builder / Developer is specifically mentioned in your purchase Agreement, the Society has erred in insisting on you submitting a separate deed of rectification. You should draw the attention of the Secretary to the specific parking clause as contained in your purchase Agreement.
