Sir what are the precaution i need to do before going for a lease house in Bangalore for 2 years ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Precautions and procedures are for the Licensor (Onwer) ... not for you (the Licensee) ... if you like the place, you pay up the Security Deposit and simply shift into the apartment / chalet / flat / house / mansion / shop / Office ... when you feel you need to move elsewhere ... just pack your belongings and move ... Travel light always.
