Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir we have a property in nasik and our watchman has trespassed into out property with the help of some land sharks , now that we have lodged a complaint to the nearest police station for theft and illegal trespass , the police are asking me to sumbit them my title papers and other related papers , so can the police demand for the ownership papers in case of theft and house break ?

supply them attested photocopies,and kick the watchman out first if possible.
