Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir a property was registered in 1931 in my fathers name . Grandfather wrote a will to my father in that he has not mentioned from whom he got this property. Other than this details we have all other documents. Now for dselling this property or to get loan for construction what should i do.. many of the departments we searchd for this unable to get. Please help

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the property is already registered in your father's name, your grandfather's antecedents need not be verified and established. Your father inherits the property in he name and he becomes its absolute title owner to deal with the property in the manner he best deems fit to.
