Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Sir, if i purchase one acre land and register one kanal at the time of purchase and register remaining 7 kanal after six months then haq shufa will apply on 7 kanal or not?

dear haq e shuffa apply but you have already right in this property so you are safe from any shuffa.

1 kanal purchase kr k ap shafi shareek ban gaye if its same khasra number.. Apka apna right of shufa create hojata hai.. u r safe.. [email protected]
