sir

i have purchased a resale flat from the allotee of madha complex.

paid all the money as agreed ,and waited upto 6 years for registration.

now i want to register the property in my name , the main allowtee

is not coming to registarar, want some more money still he is not signing the registration nor coming to the off.

what is the remedy, to make him to come to the registration pl,

should i file a case in the court, police, or the consumer court pl.,.( 9das)

Firstly, serve a legal notice. If he does not oblige, file a criminal complaint in the court of Magistrate. Civil suit for specific performance would be last option.
