Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir , I have purchased resale flat in Pune by making registered aggrement on 15th june 13 by paying stamp duty 3 lacks, but I come to uderstand from Banks that Builder has repayement issues in 2007 yr, hence HDFC & SBI not paying funds to his project .I am third owener of flat . I have paid 7 lacks as part payemnt to owner . But I am not getting loan from most banks due to builder issue on property , how should i come out of this ?
