Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Sir, i have purchased 2 x plots of 5 x marla. Which is situated between the residential area. But both plots were in Khana Kasht. My name is on itiqal/Fard Certificate as Kashtkar noted but not in the column of Malik/owner. Malik/owner is other person. I also constructed house. My few questions is that:

a. I am the owner or not ?

b. After few years i sold this property to other or not?

c. After my death this property transfer to my blood relation or not?
