Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
Sir, My real uncle's son (cousin) has applied to the Collector for legal partition of ancestral agricultural lands,which are held under traditional family demarcation by over 120 owners.He has informed majority of the respondents.We are Sunni Muslims.What is the mode of legal partition of land and how it is affected.What will be the status of those who could not be informed and those who could not or do not respond. Thank You.
