Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir, We have recently sold 30 cents of land at Palakkad in Kerala. The property was in the name of my father and aunty. As both of them expired last year. We sold the property after sorting out all the issues claimed by the buyer and completed the registration at the sub registrar office changing the title in his name. Now 3 months after the sale, the buyer is trying to sell the land to someone and he is telling us that there is a 3rd person other than my dad and aunt who has share in the property. So, he is contacting us saying some documents are missing and he is we need to pay fine and all. The sale was completed only after resolving all the issues consulting with his advocate and giving newspaper adv to confirm if any claimants are there.. kindly suggest what we could do with this issue..

you dont need to do anything you have followed the procedure if there is a lacunae let him approach the court .
