Sir, I want to know that, if a release deed (Hakkasod Patra)is registered in front of Registrar, then is it appeal-able in court? also,
What is the validity period of filing suit after registration of release deed (Hakkasod patra)?

Dear Sir / Madam,
YES. Even though a release deed is registered with the Tehsildar / District Registrar, any aggrieved party can challenge it in the Court. There is no validity period for filing such a suit.
