Sir,
10 years ago, I bought a flat co-0wned
by two persons ( say mr x and mr y). In
registered sale deed one of the co-
owner (mr x) was represented by its
other co- owner ( mr y) thru
unregistered gpa. The copy of this gpa
is lost and not traceable. now i want to
sell flat and buyer is asking for copy of
gpa. please suggest solution. Both
coowners are staying near my house.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can apply for and get certified copies of all property documents from the Tehsildar / District Registrar's Office on payment of the prevailing fees.
