Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir.
After a joint venture agreement with a developer, on my land, the flats are ready and the promoter is in the process of handling over the same to me and other purchasers of his share. As an owner, what legal documents should i require to possess or ask from the promoter to prove my title on the residential flats to be handed over to me (the owners share)

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should have the Agreement for Sale of the flat registered in your name in the record of the Tehsildar / District Registrar. Ideally, all the purchasers of flats should form and register a Co-operative Housing Society to manage the property and get the title of the land conveyed in the name of the Society.
