Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir,

I booked 2bhk flat in a 3 storey bldg. At the time of booking, he did not mentioned about basement and two shops that he will be selling. It was told that full parking would be there. Now, half of the ground floor he sold off and remaining is for parking and safety tank watchman room etc. which is not sufficient for parking total no of flats are 6 . How to find out that basement and two shops that he is selling off is legally approved as per the plan.

You can procure a copy of the approved construction plan from the local Municipality and confirm the facts.
