sir,
iam purchasing a flat in india our seller says after registeration and payment is completed he will hand over keys after 3 days is there anything in document we have to mention to be on safer side

I dont agree to this clause at all. He should hand over the possession along with keys to you at the time of registration.There is no question of waiting for 3 days. Delay the registration till such time he is ready to hand over the keys.
