Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir,

Its about Property sharing... My Grand father has 4 daughters and 3 sons... My Grandfather has done everything for the daughters and has taken a hakku vidudala pat ram from 4 daughters and for sons he did not divided the property... but died... after that among 3 sons 2sons died.. and a son is enjoying the property... but one of the grand daughter of my aunts asking to divide the property... how she get the share when their mother has given the Hakku vidudala pat ram....

if your grandfather has died intestate than the legal heirs shall be entitled for the share. but if the property has been partitioned before his demise by leaps and bounds then the same shall be effective. i need more facts to give you a conclusive opinion.
