Hi Sir/Madam,
My family members are my Father, Mother, Two sisters and my self. Two sister were married. Recently my father was expired. He has 2.30 Acre Land, pass books are there on his name. Now how to change the property to mothers name or my name ?

Dear Sir,
You should complete the transfer of title process as per the prevailing procedure of the District Registrar / Tehsildar's Office where the land is registered, pay the necessary transfer fees, submit a self attested copy of your father's Death Certificate (DC) and get the land transferred in your mother's name.
