I have one brother and three sisters. I live in a nearby town and work as private teacher. My younger brother lives with my parents in village. my parents favour my brother because he lives with them. Now they have started selling land properties. I want to get my share. but they don't want to give me. how can I get my share? lands are in the name of my mother and she is alive.

If the land is ancestral, every legal heir have equal share. If its a self acquired property of your mother or came to her by Will, gift, sale or otherwise, she can dispose it off in any manner she like. You can't challenge that.
