Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi Sir/Mam,

I have entered into an agreeement to buy and land.

Seller told that Layout plan will be approved with in 1 month. And we made and agreement and I gave 4 Lakhs in advance. Agreement period is for 45Days. And it is now 5 months and still the approval didnt come.

Can I cancel the agreement and get my money back ?

Dear Raj,

Since the condition has not been fulfilled by the seller, obviously, you should ask for your monies back from the seller.
