Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
sir,My mother was gifted land by her father in 1960, In 1962 she constructed a gr floor structure .In 1994 she added 2 more floors,a society was formed.We are members of the soc,residing on gr floor,my mother wants to transfer the flat to me. How best can this be done? By way of Gift, Release or relinquishment deed? Please advice,ur help is appreciated

Dear Sir / Madam,
A registered Gift Deed in your name by your mother is the best option.
