Hi Sir,
My name is R Ayaz Ahmed We have joint property of 1.5cr worth proprty holders consist of my mother, myself and my elder brother.
We are only 2 brothers,Now upon internally family decision i'm purchase the property alone by giving cash to my brother and mother.
Kindly guide me what would be the legal prodecure to follow after the purchase as in registration, any deed kindly suggest.Because in future i don,t want any of my brother siblngs who are or his wifes should not claim any authorty on the property,

enter into a family settlement in writing and get the same registered. make the monetary transaction a part of the agreement with the receipt of the payment too. also if any member has forgone the share a NOC of that member shld also be mentioned and attached.
