Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

respectfully it is stated that me and my brother inherited a house and a shop from our father.later on i executed surrender deed from house and my brother executed surrender deed from shop. firstly we had equal share between that house and shop.but now i have surrendered from house and my brother has surrendered from shop. now i have come to know that market value of house is much higher nearly 20-30 lac than the shop. is it possible for me to get that difference of amount from my brother legally.

Your surrender (of house) amounts to gift. A 'gift', once made, may not be revoked.
