Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sirs,
Can the Trial Court (Ad. District Judge's Court) deny supplying the Certified copies of Written Statement submitted by the Defendants and the Plaintiff? We are the Defendants in a suit where the Trial Court Decreed in favour of the Plaintiff. We need the above copies to move the Hon. High Court of AP, Hyderabad.

No you can take the certified copies of required documents there is no such rule.
