Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My sister is divorcee, she already have all the property rights from his husband/father in law(All the compensation). Now she is calming property rights in my father's property. My father is alive but he has no clear view about this.

Does she legally have any share in fathers property, after she gets share from father in law property. Having share in both property is legally fair.

she has a right in the joint property.
