Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We are three sister, my mother's property should be distribute us, but my younger sister is cheats us and she buy all the property from my Mother, she is very old, is it possible any daughter can buy the property, without information of their sisters? please help

The nature of property has to be verified first. If it was your mother's self acquired property, then she can sell, gift, Will it. But, if it was an ancestral or it was basically your father's property, she can't do so.
