Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
we are three sisters and one brother.my father is not willing to distribute the property to daughters , and transferred all the property to my brothers name.
is there any way we daughters can get our share after father's demise? please advice.

is the property ancestral or self acquired?? if it is a self acquired property then your father can give it to a person of his choice.
