Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We are two sisters and myself. A house in the name of my father who died recently without leaving a will. So we 3 of us got the house in our names. After getting the title in our names, my 2 sisters gifted their shares of the said house in my name. My two sisters are having two children each studying classes between 1st class & 6th class. The question here is , whether the children get any right in the house after becoming majors and also whether the sister's husband will have any right in the house. Pls let me know.

In case of father was Hindu, his property devolving upon a female will be her exclusive property by virtue of section 14 of Hindu Succession Act and her husband or children may not have any claim.

Dear Sir,
Since your sisters have already gifted their share in the property to you, your nephew(s) / niece(s) have delinquished their rights in the property. Your brother in law has no locus standi in your house.
