Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
if society refusing to issue noc for mortgage in bank format and because of that buyer suffering from to much frustration, he has already paid stamp duty and registration, what is solution for this, can buyer take some legal action against the society and seller for his financial loss

1) The buyer agreed for T&C of the society and bought the flat.
2) The buyer would hv verified the bye laws of the society before purchase.
3) He can file case against the seller not the society.
4) Against Society, the buyer may lodge complaint with the Registrar.
