Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

sold agricultural land to businessman for setting up a industry on a condition that land will be used for industrial purpose only in agreement. The buyer did not used for the purpose and now want to build residential building for sell without our permission. The 7/12 extract is on company's name and no NA is done. Pl. suggest if we, farmer can object him to change over the purpose of land use and demand for compensation?
