Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
A sold flat to B in 2006. Agm pass resolution. B has paid development charges on 2006. But B not submitted sales deal so shares still with A. Can B hold the flat. Can B vote in society election. ? If not what legal action can be taken? If B submit all documents today what is about period B occupied flat without documents? Does B has to pay new development charges as per 2014

unless and until all the documentation is complete and share transferred in the buyers name the transaction is not completed and the society is justified in levying the penalty as per the byelaws.
