Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have sold my flat in siliguri on 2009. All the original deed papers of my flat are given to the purchasers. But I have a home loan from lichfl. Today I lost my job and incapable to pay back . LICHFL donot have any original flat document. My principal amt left is rs 1.10 lakh only.

What should I do now.

please repay the loan amount. they can file a suit for recovery against you. why get into unnecessary litigation.
