Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
Their are two SRA builders are entered in the area.
we have majority of above 70% of tenents with the one builder but other buildrs have purchased our land on which we are staying and we are not agree with him.
can he force to our tenants or we shall come in any legel issue?
pl. advise what can we do .
