Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I study in Canada and my parents live in India in Rajasthan.
My parents are suffering with day to day issues regarding their house where they live.
My grandfather owned a property where he lived with my grandmother before he passed away in 2006. He stayed in that house for over 40 years. After he passed away, my started living in that house. My uncle had already been given his share of property while my grandfather was alive but my uncle threatens my dad that he will take his share from that house.
My parents dont have any other house to live in and are also not financially well off. Is there any way that my chacha can claim that house? There are no documents for both houses the one that my uncle lives in and the one that my parents live in. Both parties are living on a kabza.
What can be done? Please help!
