Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
This subject property of 2 flats is under one sale title deed. Can this be split into two separate titles? I understand the undivided share has to be separate for both. Currently there is only one figure of undivided share of property. Please advise

Dear Sir / Madam,
The title owner for both the flats must be one and the same hence only one sale deed. An Agreement for Sale is required to be done for the flat if there is a change in its title owner.
