Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
supreme court has given judgement that builder has no terrace right and basement now .What would be the scenario for those who purchased flates before this and builder had declared their rights of terrace and basement in sale deed already

Dear Sir / Madam,
The terrace and basement are common property of the Society, and the builder does not have any right or claim over it. The point mentioned in the sale deed is null and void ab initio.
