Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello Team, i own a 40 sq.mt plot in kharghar navi mumbai, it has been registered in three names first is mine, second is of my mother and third is of my father in cidco.

Can i change the order of names by appealing in CIDCO, i want first name of my father, second of my mother and third of mine.

If yes then do i need to pay the stamp duty and registeration fees again

how does the sequence and order of the name matter? It is a joint property then why do you need to change the sequence. you can find out the details regarding the payment of the stamp duty from the office ofCIDCO.
