ten owners of a adjacent piece of land [out of seven had a good relation with me had promised to sell me the land ] sold with help of notary power of attorney . now new owner is constructing & by that blocking my entrance , two owner hinted that two signatures in that power of attorney have been forged but as they have little sharer in that land &GPA holder is not a good person so they do not want to go in the latication .but if fills a suit than they are ready to witness.besides this their are visible mistakes in that GPA as i am a third person , can i get apply for stay of the construction . please guide me

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the construction on the adjacent piece of land is being done within their plot boundary limit, there is very little you can do to bring about a stay order from the Court.
