what do i do if a tenant didnt pay security deposit she only paid one mnth rent nd now only wants to pay the end of july

If the tenant is in breach of contract, you may sue for the arrear rental and apply for an eviction order. However, it is important that you do not attempt an eviction without a court order as that would give the tenant grounds for a court application against you to prevent you from taking the law into your own hands.
