Type Your Question Here...We have entered into a JD and GPA with a builder in Bangalore in 2012.Now my father who was one of the signatories of the JD and GPA has expired last year ..will the GPA become null and void when two of the signatories are still alive?

Yes.The GPA the document as whole null and void as one of the signatories is no more.It is not binding to other remaining co-owners.
